Came here for a reunion of sorts with quite a large group. Wasn’t my choice for food, but not that many places in the area can take large groups anyway…
I decided to get the buttermilk fried chicken. In retrospect, I should have gone with the safer choice and gotten a burger or something.
The presentation looked pretty good. However, the chicken wasn’t as crispy as I was expecting. Some of the meat was fairly juicy but a bit underseasoned, and the whiter parts of the meat were kind of dry.
The fries were a bit soggy and a bit underseasoned as well. I found it strange they gave me asparagus with the fried chicken.
Overall, it wasn’t terrible but it was nowhere near done well either.
Would return: Possibly, this place is pretty good for large groups
